HOW TO GET STARTED:

Step 1: SCHEDULE A PHONE CALL

- This call will be for you to ask us any questions you may have about Rep Max as well as our opportunity to get to know you and your goals.

Step 2: INTRO CONSULTATION

- A 30-min consultation where we have a sit down meeting where we discuss your goals and see how many sessions you would need to begin. Based off what's discussed we can find the right membership that fits your needs and budget.

STEP 3: COMPLETE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

- After your first consultation we will schedule around 3 or more personal training sesions where one of our Coaches will teach you the foundations of the lifts and correct your technique for you to have a better grasp of the movements as you move into a membership

STEP 4: CHOOSE THE PROGRAM FOR YOU

- Once you have completed your sessions we will show you the programs that are a best fit for your fitness goals and you will get to choose which one you would like to sign up for.
