Intro To Weight Training

Our Intro to Weight Training class is the perfect introduction to learning proper lifting technique and how to effectively train for long term gains. In this class, we build you up from the ground up, starting with breathing and bracing, into bodyweight movements, and then challenging these movements with weight. Intro to Weight Training is a perfect class for beginners with little to no experience in the gym, or those with some experience looking to master their technique!
