First we like to sit with you and talk about your goals and come up with a timeline to help you accomplish them. Second, we look at what a normal day of eating looks like for you. Then we make minor adjustments to match your current way of eating to the right calorie amounts.

Work closely with coaches who work to provide feedback and options to tailor the meal plan to your individual needs. We use a software called TrueCoach to check in weekly to provide feedback to the meal plan. We also use MyFitnessPal to track calories and set up meal plans.
