Remote Training

Remote Training is great for the self-sufficient gym-goer who has experience with general strength training movements and a base level of Olympic Weightlifting skill.

Your workouts will be delivered to you daily or weekly using the TrueCoach app, which has other features to enhance your athlete-coach relationship including recording personal records, goals, progress pictures, measurements, and working nutritional goals.

Nutritional Coaching

Nutritional coaching is based on individual needs and differences. Being educated and certified in the Precision Nutrition Method, we like to focus on daily habits by creating behavioral changes that help you get to your goals and can last a lifetime. Coaching sessions can be done in person or over the phone/Skype. 

  • $50 per hour session (can be broken down into 30 minute sessions)
  • $90 for 2 hours (can be broken down into 30 minute sessions)
