Our group class, "Strong Camp" is an hour long full body strength and conditioning class with tons of fun energy consisting of a dynamic warm up, 20-30 minutes of full body strengthening, high intensity intervals, and a cool down.
Strong Camp is great for beginners too! We always make sure that our newer members fully understand and are able to do the complex movements before progressing.
Strong Camp takes place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm, and Saturdays at 8am.

Nutritional CoachingNutritional coaching is based on individual needs and differences. Being educated and certified in the Precision Nutrition Method, we like to focus on daily habit by creating behavioral changes that help you get to your goals and can last a lifetime. Coaching sessions can be done in person or over the phone/Skype.
- $70 per hour session (can be broken down into 30 minute sessions)
- $120 for 2 hours (can be broken down into 30 minute sessions)
