Strength Training Fundamentals

Every journey starts with the first steps and every athlete starts at the basics.

In this 8-week class, we'll work together in building the foundation for a lifetime of Strength Training.

This package includes 8 weeks of 4 programmed days:

  • 90-minute in-person instruction per week 
  • open-gym strength training sessions per week (optional)

Classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30PM - 8:00PM.

Sessions start on Tuesday February 8, 2022.

$500- Complete Session Package of 2 Sessions of In-Person Instruction and 2 Strength Training Sessions per week

$300- Partial Session Package of 2 Sessions of In-Person Instruction per week
