Weightlifting Fundamentals

Every journey starts with the first steps and every athlete starts at the basics.

In this 8-week class, we'll work together in building the foundation for a lifetime of Olympic Weightlifting.

This package includes 8 weeks of 4 programmed days:

  • 90-minute in-person instruction per week 
  • open-gym strength training sessions per week (optional)

Classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 8 AM.

Sessions start on Tuesday August 17, 2021.

$500- Complete Session Package of 2 Sessions of In-Person Instruction and 2 Strength Training Sessions per week

$300- Partial Session Package of 2 Sessions of In-Person Instruction per week
