Youth Weightlifting Fundamentals

In this 8-week class, your child will learn the sport of weightlifting from the ground up. This sport can be intimidating, but we hone in on the fundamental movements before the most complex, making sure your child learns in a safe and motivating environment.

Classes will be held twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday.

Time slots are as follows:

3:30 PM-4:30 PM: Children from 8-11 years old

4:30 PM-5:30 PM: Children from 12-16 years old
