JEFF ROTHER
Education & Certifications:B.S. Kinesiology, California State University, Fullerton Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach Precision Nutrition Level 1
Jeff has been involved in strength sports for the last 15+ years including football, hockey, jiu jitsu, powerlifting, and Olympic Weightlifting. Jeff has competed at three straight American Open Finals in Weightlifting (2015, 2016, 2017) with a best finish of 18th in the country. Jeff is the co-head coach of the Weightlifting Team and works with other athletes of different sports. His main goals are to continue developing Weightlifters and other athletes while always learning how to be a better coach.
ADAM MANOLOVITZ
Education & Certifications: M.S. Kinesiology, California State University, Fullerton Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Eleiko Strength Coach Level 1 Precision Nutrition Level 1
Adam received his Masters of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in strength and conditioning and biomechanics and has coached hundreds of athletes at the Cal State Fullerton Weightlifting Club. In addition to coaching Olympic Weightlifting, Adam has been a personal trainer for over five years. His experience and expertise in the field includes working to maximize fat loss while focusing on increasing strength and muscle size. Adam’s main focus now is to further his knowledge in sports performance, injury prevention and nutrition.
ALANA HODGE
Education & Certifications: B.S. Kinesiology, California State University, Fullerton NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer Eleiko Strength Coach Level 1
Alana played soccer for 13 years through high school. Searching for a new sport, she discovered the sport of Weightlifting and has been participating competitively for over four years now with no plans of slowing down. Alana has competed at the 2018 National Championships, 2017 American Open Finals, and three years at National University/Under 25 Championships. She graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with a focus in Strength and Conditioning. Alana has worked with a variety of sports teams including soccer, volleyball, and weightlifting ranging from children under 8 years old up to college athletes.
JERRY SANCHEZ
Education & Certifications: B.S. Kinesiology, California State University, Fullerton Eleiko Strength Coach Level 1
Jerry has been a competitive athlete for several years having ran track in high school, competed in D1 collegiate rugby at Cal State Fullerton and now Olympic Weightlifting. He has spent 5 years working in strength and conditioning with athletes of all sports primarily on speed, agility and quickness. Jerry enjoys coaching people of all ages and experience and works hard to help them achieve their goals.
JARED DICIOCO
Education & Certifications: B.S. Kinesiology, California State University, Fullerton (In Progress) NSCA Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
Jared has participated in competitive sports for over 17 years ranging from martial arts to wrestling to volleyball. After finding a new found passion in Olympic Weightlifting when entering college, Jared has been serving as president and coach of the Titan Strong Weightlifting Club at California State University, Fullerton for almost 3 years. Aside from coaching Olympic Weightlifting, Jared has been working as a personal trainer with a focus on strength and performance across all age groups. Jared loves seeing the progress made by the people he works with and being a part of creating something meaningful in their lives, and loves kitties.
ERICA GONZALEZ
Education & Certifications: B.S. Athletic Training, California State University, Fullerton Board of Certification - Certified Athletic Trainer
Erica has been a competitive athlete throughout her life, specifically in soccer and softball. Unfortunately, she tore her ACL at age 16 during a soccer game, but that injury introduced her to the world of athletic training. Athletic training has been her passion ever since. She graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 2016 with a B.S. in Athletic Training. Since then she has worked in a variety of settings with athletes ranging from youths to professional. Erica's goal is to get people moving better so that they can increase their sports performance and decrease their risk of injury.
DAMIAN HOLLEY
Education & Certifications: B.S. Athletic Training, California State University Fullerton Board of Certification - Certified Athletic Trainer Precision Nutrition Level 1 FMT Kinesiology Taping 1 and Performance
As a former athlete Damian knows what it is like to perform with pain and suffer through severe injuries, these injuries are what lead him to a career in athletic training. Damian received his B.S. in Athletic Training from California State University, Fullerton in 2016, since then he has worked with athletes of all ages across a multitude of sports. Damian has dedicated his career to treating each athlete as an individual, n=1. His goal is to help each and every athlete develop resiliency to injury through, movement, mindset, nutrition and recovery.
