Olympic Weightlifting Fundamentals

Every journey starts with the first steps and every athlete starts at the basics.

In this 4-week class, we'll work together in building the foundation for a lifetime of Olympic Weightlifting.

This package includes 4 weeks of 2 programmed days:

  • Each session will be 90-minute in-person instruction 

Classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at  7:00PM-8:30PM.

Sessions start on Tuesday September 5th, 2023 and ends on September 28th.
