If you're new to our gym, we always start our athletes with ONE FREE 30-minute session with a coach. We use this session to assess your general movement patterns like overhead squats, RDLs, and overhead presses.
After your initial session is done, we sit down and go over your goals and how we can find the right membership that fits your needs and your budget.
Team coaching times are from Monday through Friday 5am-10am and 5pm-9pm and Saturdays from 8am-2pm.
Every journey starts with the first steps and every athlete starts at the basics. In our beginner program, we'll work together in building the foundation for a lifetime of olympic weightlifting.
