If you're new to our gym you can schedule a call or a meeting where we sit down and go over your goals and how we can find the right membership that fits your needs and your budget.
After this, we schedule your first session where we look at your technique and run a few assessments where we look at your squat, shoulder mobility, rdl's, and overhead squat before we get into the main lifts.
Team coaching times are from Monday through Friday 5am-10am and 5pm-9pm and Saturdays from 8am-2pm.
