Our gym uniquely runs an Open Floor Model.
This means that our athletes receive coaching alongside other athletes while building team cohesion. Athletes can ask for and receive coaching without worrying about booking or interrupting 1-on-1 sessions.
For new athletes or inquiring athletes, our model allows instant immersion to our culture and coaching style from day one.
Every new athlete, no matter the experience level, gets ONE FREE WEEK with 3 INTRO SESSIONS. These sessions are aimed to ease you into our gym culture, coaching style, and up to speed with our standards of movement quality.
