We also offer Weightlifting Fundamental Courses every 8 weeks for beginner and intermediate lifters to get to a level of competence that allows you to train with the team.

Nagging injuries come up in everyone's training at some point. Our goal is to get you healthy and back training as soon as safely possible. Our Certified Athletic Trainers Oversee the training process to ensure the safest route at all times.
