If you're new to our gym, we always start our athletes with ONE FREE 30-MIN. training session. We use this session to asses how well you move and get a feel for what we would need to work on through your program.
After your initial session is done, we sit down and go over your goals and how we can find the right membership that fits your needs and your budget.
Onboarding sessions are every Monday and Wednesday from 6-8pm.
Team coaching times are from Monday through Friday 5am-10am and 5pm-9pm and Saturdays from 8am-2pm.
