Work one on one with a coach to meet you at your current experience level. Sessions will cover weightlifting fundamentals, ad correcting technique on squat, deadlift and overhead exercises
Beginner Weightlifting Fundamentals
Train with a group of people, 8 weeks long, twice a week. We cover all of the big details of learning how to snatch and clean and jerk. Open to all levels of experience.
