Step 1: SCHEDULE A PHONE CALL
- This call will be for you to ask us any questions you may have about Rep Max as well as our opportunity to get to know you and your goals.
Step 2: ONE-ON-ONE INTRO CONSULTATION
- A 30-min consultation where one of our Coaches works with you one-on-one and evaluates the way you move and to see how we can help you better attain your goals.
STEP 3: COMPLETE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
- After your first consultation we will schedule around 3 or more personal training sesions where one of our Coaches will teach you the foundations of the lifts and correct your technique for you to have a better grasp of the movements as you move into a membership
STEP 4: CHOOSE THE PROGRAM FOR YOU
- Once you have completed your sessions we will show you the programs that are a best fit for your fitness goals and you will get to choose which one you would like to sign up for.
