New to Weight Training
If you are fairly new to training at a gym, we suggest starting out with 1-on-1 sessions with a coach to learn the basics. As you progress we have options available for you to either become a programmed athlete and train under the supervision of the floor coach, or join the Strong Camp class that focuses on improving both strength and fitness.
Become a Rep Max Strength Member
We bring like-minded individuals together to create a team environment that continues to support a collective goal of improving strength, athleticism, body composition and injury prevention. Our Rep Max Strength members follow an 8-week program with variaitons like strength and bodybuilding, strength and fat loss.
