At Strong Camp we bring the best of both worlds together to give you the best results. We focus on building high quality muscle while shedding the extra fat.Â
We offer group classes design for all levels to get stronger and gain lean muscle, while losing body fat. Additionally we work with clients individually with personal training and nutritional coaching to get the absolute best results!
Our group class, "Strong Camp" is an hour long full body strength and conditioning class with tons of fun energy consisting of a dynamic warm up, 20-30 minutes of full body strengthening, high intensity intervals, and a cool down.
Strong Camp is great for beginners too! We always make sure that our newer members fully understand and are able to do the complex movements before progressing.Â
Strong Camp takes place Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays at 6am and 6pm, and Saturdays at 8am.
