New to Olympic Weightlifting
Work one on one with a coach to meet you at your current experience level, or learn as a group in our Weightlifting Fundamentals class. Sessions will cover the main movements, the snatch, clean, and jerk. They will also fine-tune technique on the squat, deadlift and other accessory exercises.
Train with the Team
If you have experience with Weightlifting then come be a part of the Rep Max team and train at our physical location, or online with our remote coaching. If you are still relatively new, the we suggest learning the basics with 1-on-1 sessions or with our Weightlifting Fundamentals Class.
